C ut beef steak lengthw ise in half, then
crossw ise into

Com bine 14 cup dressing and beef in m edium
bow l. C o v e r and marinate in refrigerator for 30
minutes to 2 hours.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet
over m edium -high heat until hot. A d d green
beans; stir-fry for 5 m inutes. A dd rem aining
1 tablespoon o il and potatoes; continue stir-
frying 4 to 6 m inutes or until potatoes and green
beans are heated through and starting to brown.
Rem ove from skillet; keep warm.

Heat same skillet over m edium -high heat until

until outside surface o f beef is no longer pink.
(D o not overcook.) Rem ove from skillet; add to
vegetable m ixture. Repeat with rem aining beef.
A dd rem aining 14 cup dressing to beef and
vegetables; toss to coat thoroughly. Season with
salt and pepper, as desired. Serve warm or at
room temperature.
